San Diego State’s Justin Hastings is the newest collegiate talent to join audio brand JLab—a nod to a career-defining 2025 season that includes exemptions into three of golf’s four majors.
JLab described the senior standout as an “Amateur Sensation” and shared that he's been wearing their logo since competing at Augusta National.
The agreement continues JLab’s strategic push into collegiate golf, following previous signings of former Ohio State golfer Neal Shipley ahead of the 2024 Masters and Arkansas sophomore John Daly II last August. In addition to its amateur partnerships, JLab’s PGA Tour lineup features six-time winner Keegan Bradley and two-time winner Sepp Straka, who wear JLab logos under multi-year endorsement deals.

Hastings’ breakout year began with a 16-under 272 victory at the Latin American Amateur Championship, earning a 2025 Masters invite and automatic entries into the U.S. Open at Oakmont and The Open at Royal Portrush. In February, he followed with a T13 finish and low-amateur honors at the PGA TOUR’s Mexico Open.
The Cayman Islands native holds San Diego State's all-time scoring record (71.28 across 120 rounds) and currently ranks 24th in the World Amateur Golf Rankings and No. 9 in Golf NIL's College Men's Rankings.
Beyond JLab, Hastings has been a golf ambassador for Grant Thornton since 2023 and has secured brand collaborations with Titleist, Cayman Airways, Maples Group, and Evermore Orlando Resort.
