Charlie Woods, 17, has signed with Players Group Management for NIL representation, joining future Florida State teammate Miles Russell, the world’s top-ranked junior. Both are represented by agent Allen Hobbs, according to Sports Business Journal’s Josh Carpenter.

The move puts two of the top three NIL junior golfers, both part of Florida State’s 2027 class, under the same representation umbrella.

Woods is No. 1 in the Golf NIL Top 10 and High School Boys Rankings, while Russell ranks No. 2 on the High School Boys list. Together, they bring a combined valuation of roughly $4 million to the agency.

Woods holds a $3 million Golf NIL Valuation, the highest in amateur golf, and sits at No. 21 in the AJGA rankings. He has no reported NIL deals yet, but his newly launched Instagram account, already at more than 25,000 followers, gives him a direct line to fans for the first time.

Russell, also 17, checks in with a $1 million Golf NIL Valuation and is a two-time AJGA Player of the Year — breaking Tiger Woods’ 32-year record as the award’s youngest recipient. His partner lineup includes TaylorMade, Nike, Transcend Golf, and Liberty National Golf Club, among others.

As Golf NIL has reported, Woods' commitment to Florida State elevates the visibility and opportunity for the entire roster, Russell included. Woods doesn't need high-profile events or postseason play to attract cameras. His presence alone figures to bring week-to-week national attention to Florida State’s regular-season schedule, a level of exposure college golf rarely sees outside its biggest stages.

Woods and Russell join the agency’s all-golf roster, which includes World Golf Hall of Famer Fred Couples, 2009 Open Champion Stewart Cink, and PGA Tour winners Sahith Theegala, Will Zalatoris, and Joe Highsmith.
