Tiger Woods is the latest professional athlete to make a play in college sports.
Sun Day Red, Woods' lifestyle brand, has signed Stanford quarterbacks Ashton Daniels and Justin Lamson as its first NIL ambassadors—a move capitalizing on Woods' alma mater connection and the growing college athlete endorsement market.
Daniels and Lamson are featured in a video promoting The Training Collection, the brand's first apparel line that extends beyond golf. It's a glimpse into the broader vision for Sun Day Red and a nod to how a golf legend can capture the attention of athletes across all sports.
"When you look at Tiger Woods and how he speaks about how hard he works, he works day and night to get better at his craft, and that's something that's super important when becoming an elite athlete," Lamson shares in the promo.
After more than 27 years with Nike, Woods' teamed up with TaylorMade to launch Sun Day Red earlier this year.
At the February announcement, Woods talked about the timing being right, "It's the right time in my life. I'm no longer a kid anymore. I have kids, and this is an important transitional part of my life. I can have something that I can be proud of, a brand that I can be proud of going forward."
The Training Collection features six workout staples and is available online at Training Gear | Sun Day Red.
