Editor's note: This article was updated on July 17, 2025, to reflect Kai Trump's latest Golf NIL valuation.

Kai Trump adds another milestone to an already impressive resume, landing a major NIL partnership with Accelerator Active Energy as both brand ambassador and equity partner.

The Benjamin golfer introduced the partnership on Instagram in a video that opened with a nod to “fellow Americans and content creators.”

"My fellow Americans and content creators," Trump says in the announcement video. "After months of reflection, I've made a decision. I'll be running—no, stepping, into a new role—one with great responsibilities, and 100% natural caffeine. I've partnered with Accelerator. No sugar. No crash. Cheers."

For the No. 1-ranked player in the Golf NIL High School Girls Rankings, this isn't just promotion—it's ownership. She joins a roster that includes Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, former LSU gymnastics star Livvy Dunne, MLB World Series champion Evan Carter, and U.S. Women's National Soccer Team captain Lindsey Horan, putting the 18-year-old in business with Super Bowl champions and world-class competitors.

Trump's seven million followers across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube give her the kind of reach most brands chase through traditional advertising. It's that influence that drives her $1.48 million Golf NIL valuation, reinforcing her position among the most valuable amateurs in high school and college golf.

For the wellness beverage, bringing Trump on as its first golfer isn’t just for show—it’s a calculated move in a field still defined by heavyweights like Monster and Red Bull. Founded by Scot DeLorme, Accelerator has set itself apart in the performance beverage market by partnering with athletes whose influence matches their on-field talent. After pairing traditional stars like Kelce and Dunne with crossover talent such as digital creator Donald De La Haye (better known as Deestroying), adding Trump signals a calculated entry into a sport few energy brands have cracked at the amateur level.

Trump's latest move is part of a deliberate NIL approach that prioritizes ownership and long-term brand building, well beyond typical sponsorships. Her December deal with Leaf Trading Cards places her among the first amateur golfers to enter the trading card space, while her months-old TaylorMade partnership aligns her with elite juniors like Asterisk Talley, Miles Russell, and Kris Kim.

While her current AJGA ranking sits at No. 544, Trump’s influence continues to outpace her on-course resume—a rare reversal in junior golf. She’s hinted before at burnout and frustration with the game, but moments like her on-air interview with Fox News this morning signal how potent her off-course brand has become. Few junior golfers, regardless of tournament results, earn that kind of national spotlight.

Trump's NIL strategy stays personal and purposeful. She'll head to Miami in 2026 with equity, national sponsors, and a portfolio she's building on her own terms.
