Trevor Gutschewski adds another milestone to an already loaded resume, landing a new NIL partnership with UNRL just as he wraps up his senior year at Omaha Westside and gears up to play for the Florida Gators this fall.
UNRL made it official, welcoming the Omaha native with, “From junior champ to major contender. Welcome to Team UNRL, Trevor Gutschewski. We’re proud to support you as you step onto golf’s biggest stage, The U.S. Open.”
For Gutschewski, AGJA No. 12 and Golf NIL High School Boys No. 4, it’s a move that signals both his arrival and his trajectory—elite company, national stage, and a brand backing his future.

The last few years have produced a stack of accomplishments for the 18-year-old.
Gutschewski’s win at the 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur at Oakland Hills made him the first Nebraskan to claim the title and only the second from the state to win any USGA championship. That victory earned him a spot in the 2025 U.S. Open.
Back-to-back Nebraska Junior Player of the Year honors (2023, 2024), the 2024 Amateur Player of the Year award, and a Nebraska Class A state title three-peat with Omaha Westside put Gutschewski in a select group who’ve swept both individual and team accolades. His recent selection to the 2025 U.S. National Junior Team only adds to the momentum.
Trevor joins UNRL’s NIL golf roster with other college talent, including Tennessee’s Lance Simpson and Gunnar Broin, who just finished his final season at Kansas. Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, the athletic lifestyle brand donates 10% of its profits to community causes and has built an NCAA lineup that spans across multiple sports, including golf, lacrosse, hockey, and wrestling.
Gutschewski’s father, Scott, has played on the PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry Tour, and Canadian Tour. His brother Luke just finished his senior year competing at Iowa State. Last August, the three made history at the Korn Ferry Tour’s Pinnacle Bank Championship—only the second time a father and multiple sons have played together in a PGA TOUR-sanctioned event.
